随着高等教育大众化的不断普及,民办高校之间的竞争逐渐进入白热化阶段。如何提升民办高校核心竞争力就成为高等教育研究领域的热点之一,从民办高校核心竞争力构成的核心层、表现层、整合层和支撑层四个层面进行了全面分析,并对如何提升民办高校核心竞争力提出建设性意见,旨在为新的历史时期建设高水平民办大学提供参考。

With the increasing popularity of higher education,the competition among private colleges and universities is becoming more heated,and how to improve the core competitiveness has become a hot topic in the study field of higher education.This paper analyzes this situation from four levels which form the core competitiveness,core level,performance level,integration level and supporting level and puts forward some constructive ideas,which can be a good reference in the new era for private colleges and universities to become first-class ones.
