分析梳理了科技兴体和科教兴体的这两种理念的历史性特征,论述了从"科技兴体"向"科教兴体"嬗变的必然性,认为"科技兴体"理念随着人文精神的复位而必将退出历史舞台,提出了"科教兴体"理念在新时期建设体育强国进程中所具有的现实性价值,即体育真正回归教育的怀抱。
