Historical Changes of Management System of Rural Sports Organizations in China from 1949 to 2010

新中国建立之后,我国农村体育管理体系经历了多次变革,主要经历了政府组织与民兵组织相结合、政治组织与知识青年相结合、政府组织与体育社团相结合三个阶段。领导重视是农村体育的关键,制度完备是农村体育的保障,网络化组织是农村体育的依托,农村精英阶层是农村体育的中坚力量,相关部门的协同配合是农村体育发展的动力。

After the PRC was founded,the Chinese rural sports management system has gone through some changes which are closely related with time and politics.It has gone through three stages,i.e.,the combination of governmental organization and militia organization,combination of political organization and rusticated youth and combination of governmental organization and sports community.The leader＇s attention is the key to the rural sport,proper system is the guarantee,network organization is the support,talents are the core and the cooperation of the relative departments is the drive.
