摘要
用循环伏安法制备了对烟酸有良好Nernst电位响应的聚吡咯修饰烟酸化学传感器。传感器的响应是基于烟酸根离子在掺杂了烟酸的聚吡咯膜中掺杂= 释放平衡。研究了聚合条件对传感器电化学性能的影响,表征了传感器的电化学特性。传感器对烟酸电位响应的线性范围为2.5×10- 2~5.0×10- 6m ol/L,斜率为56m v/P烟酸,检测下限为2.0×10- 6m ol/L,响应时间为2m in 左右。
The preparation of Polypyrrole (PPy) Nicotinic acid sensor by cyclic voltammetry was reported.The potential response mechanism is based on the doping effect of nicotinic acid within PPy film.Various factors affetcing the polymerization and electrochemical behavior of the sensor were studied.The electrochemical behavior of the sensor was expressed.The sensor show Nernst response for 2 5×10 -2 ~5 0×10 -6 mol/L nicotinic acid with detective limit of 2 0×10 -6 mol/L,other advantages of the sensor include resistance to poison、fast response etc..
