摘要
布仑口-公格尔水电站地处高海拔、高地应力区,其引水斜井是目前国内已建和在建中倾角最大的深斜井之一,工程施工难度大,存在很多不安全因素。在导井开挖施工中,成功使用自下而上全断面钻孔爆破-自重溜渣的施工导井开挖方法,保证了导井施工安全、质量和进度,施工导井已顺利贯通。单价分析结果为科学准确地控制此类工程施工消耗提供了详实的数据,也进一步表明该施工方法具有施工成本低、设备和技术简单等优点,具有很好的经济性,有推广和应用的价值。
The Bulunkou-Konggur hydropower station is located in an area with high altitude and terrestrial stress, and its in- clined diversion shaft has one of the biggest inclination angles among all the shafts already constructed and under construction. Therefore, it has many unsafe factors during the construction period. In the construction of pilot shaft, the excavation method of full-section borehole blasting from bottom to top-bad rock displacement with gravity is used, which ensures the security, quality and progress of the construction. The unit price analysis can provide the detailed data to control the construction consumption for these types of projects scientifically and accurately. The results showed that this method has several advantages, such as low cost and simple equipments and technology, thus it has potential to be popularized.
