摘要 水利水电工程施工土石方调配受其空间、时间和数量的限制,是影响工程成本的重要因素之一。通过分析工程土石方在开挖、转运、加工、利用等过程中的施工进度与其类型和数量平衡的关系以及开挖、填筑与空间关系的协调性,建立了土石方调配初始条件和边界条件表达方式,建立了小时段、大数量、高精度的动态调配仿真模型,提出土石方的生产、加工、利用、系统调度及其相关关系的数学模型,实现了水电工程土石方施工的调配及其动态控制。结合工程实例的应用分析,验证了模型的可靠性与实用性。可广泛应用于水利水电工程的土石方调配方案制定与施工现场管理中,具有较重要的理论意义和工程实践价值。 The earthrock allocation is limited by the space, time and quantity of the water conservancy and hydropower construc tion projects,and it is one of the important factors affecting the project cost. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the construction progress during the periods of the excavation, transport, processing, and effective utilization of the earthrock and the type and quantity of the earthrock, and the coordination among the excavation, filling, and spatial distribution of the earthrock, the initial and boundary conditions for the earthrock allocation model are proposed. Then, a dynamic allocation simu lation model is developed with small timeperiod, large quantity, and high precision, and a mathematical model is established to simulate the production, processing, utilization, systematic scheduling of the earthrock, which can realize the allocation and dy namic control of the earthrock for the water conservancy and hydropower construction projects. These models are applied to a practical engineering project, which shows that the models are reliable and practicable. Consequently, the method can be used widely in the establishment of the earthrock allocation plan and in the construction site management for the water conservancy and hydropower construction projects,and it has a significant theoretical and practical value.
