鲁米诺化学发光猝灭法测定微量钬的研究

Determination of Holmium in Luminol H_2O_2 Cr(Ⅲ) System by Flow Injection Chemiluminescence

本文利用钬对鲁米诺 -过氧化氢 -铬 ( )体系化学发光的熄灭效应 ,建立了钬的流动注射化学发光分析法。该法灵敏度高、线性范围宽、仪器设备简单、操作方便。

In this paper,a novel method of flow injection chemiluminescence analysis for the determination of rare earth Ho is presented.It is based on the quenching effect of Ho ion in the chemiluminescence system of Luminol H 2O 2 Cr(Ⅲ).The detection limit and linear range are 3×10 -8 mol/L and 1.0×10 -7 —1.0×10 -4 mol/L Ho,respectively,the relative standard deviation is less than 3%(for 2×10 -7 mol/L Ho, n =11).The method developed has been applied to the determination of Ho in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
