等离子体发射光谱法测定富硒鸡蛋中的营养元素

Determination of Nutritious Elements in Selenium Rich Egg by ICP-AES

本文利用高频电感耦合等离子体光谱仪直接测定了富硒鸡蛋中的 Fe、Zn、Ca、Mg、Mn、Se和 Cu7种微量元素。方法简便、快速、可靠 ,具有良好的精密度和准确度。相对标准偏差为 1 .5 %— 6 .7% ,回收率为93%— 1 0 6 %。测定结果令人满意。

An ICP AES method was established for the determination of Se,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Cu and Mg in selenium rich egg.The method was proved to be simple,rapid,precise and convenient to operation.The relative standard deviation is less then 6.7%.The recovery is 93%—106%.The satisfactory result was obtained for the determination of Se,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Cu and Mg in selenium rich egg.
