Determination of Copper and Zinc in Fish Brain and Fish Meat by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

本文研究了用 HNO3+ HCl O4( 3+ 1 )混酸消化鱼脑和鱼肉 ,在 32 4.8nm波长处测定铜 ,在 2 1 3.9nm波长处测定锌。多种离子均无干扰 ,RSD为 0 .5 8%— 2 .90 % ,加标回收率为 97%— 1 0 9% ,结果令人满意。

The content of the copper and the zinc in fish brain and fish meat is determined.The relative standard deviation(RSD) is 0.58%—2.90% and the rate of recovery is 97%—109%.
