患者入住呼吸重症监护室当日其家属中低生活质量人群的识别研究

Identification of Low-life-quality Persons from the Family Members of RICU Inpatients on the Admission Day

目的探讨识别患者入住呼吸重症监护室(RICU)当日患者家属中低生活质量人群的相关因素及临床意义。方法对60例入住RICU当日的患者家属进行问卷调查及健康调查(SF-36)量表评分,分析其生活质量情况。结果患者入院当日其家属不同年龄、月均收入、与患者关系的SF-36量表综合评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论患者入住RICU当日,年龄大、月均收入低的患者家属及患者配偶为生活质量低的高危人群。

Objective To identify people with low quality of life from the family members of respiratory intensive care unit（RICU） inpatients on the admission day.Methods Totally 60 family members of RICU inpatients were assigned to participate in a questionnaire-based survey and a health survey using a rating scale（SF-36） on the admission day,and the quality of life of these family members were analyzed.Results As shown by the SF-36 scores,the age,average income per month,and relationship with the patients showed significant differences among these subjects（all P0.01）.Conclusion On the admission day,the family members of the RICU patients tend to have low quality of life if they are old,have low income per month,and/or are the spouses of the patients.
