血管内皮生长因子及脂联素检测对老年肺癌患者的诊断意义研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及脂联素检测对老年肺癌患者的诊断意义。方法对41例老年肺癌患者、30例肺良性疾病患者、35例健康者,采用酶联免疫吸附剂测定(ELISA)方法检测血清中VEGF及脂联素的水平。结果肺癌组、肺良性疾病组及健康组VEGF测得值的中位数分别为201.76 pg/ml、148.39 pg/ml及92.13 pg/ml,脂联素测得值的中位数分别为6.23 mg/ml、10.39 mg/ml及13.36 mg/ml,肺癌组与肺良性疾病组及健康组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺癌不同临床分期VEGF及脂联素水平不同;术后VEGF明显降低,脂联素明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年肺癌患者血清VEGF及脂联素明显异常,联合检测血清VEGF及脂联素对老年肺癌诊断、鉴别、治疗中的动态观察及预后有一定意义。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and adiponectin in elderly patients with pulmonary carcinoma.Methods The contents of serum VEGF and adiponectin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 41cases of pulmonary carcinoma,30 cases of pulmonary benign diseases and 35 cases of health controls.Results Median levels of serum VEGF were respectively 201.76 pg/ml,148.39 pg/ml,and 92.13 pg/ml;and median levels of serum adiponectin were respectively 6.23 mg/ml,10.39 mg/ml,and 13.36 mg/ml in the three groups;The levels of serum VEGF and adiponectin in patients with pulmonary carcinoma were remarkably higher than those in the groups of pulmonary benign diseases and health controls(P0.05).The levels of VEGF and adiponectin were associated with the clinical stage in elderly patients with pulmonary carcinoma;postoperatively the level of VEGF was significantly reduced,and the level of adiponectin was significantly increased(P0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum VEGF and adiponectin were significantly abnormal in elderly patients with pulmonary carcinoma.The combined testing of serum VEGF and adiponectin in elderly patients with pulmonary carcinoma has important significance in diagnosis,differential diagnosis,dynamic observation during treatment,and prognosis.
