左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统的副作用及安全性 被引量：7

摘要 左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system,LNG-IUS,曼月乐)是公认的长效低毒宫内避孕系统,LNG-IUS除具有可靠、可逆和长期的避孕效果外,还有其他治疗作用。LNG-IUS在发挥良好治疗作用的同时,可能会出现一系列副作用。现就LNG-IUS的副作用及安全性做一综述。
