子宫性索样肿瘤1例临床分析并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 1 病例资料 患者女性，56岁，以“绝经10年，不规则阴道流血8天”，于2011年3月713收住院。患者绝经10年期间无腹痛及阴道异常流血、流液，入院8天前出现阴道出血，量多，多于月经量，色暗红，伴有阴道分泌物增多，色黄，有腥臭味。无接触性出血，无下腹痛等其他伴随症状。月经史及孕产史：16岁，4-5天／27-28天，绝经年龄46岁，G5P4。手术史：
