摘要
设计并合成了 16个酰胺基硫脲类化合物和 14个 1,2 ,4 三唑 5 硫醇类化合物。生物活性初筛试验表明 ,两类化合物对水稻和黄瓜幼苗有一定的生长调节活性。
Sixteen 1 (2,2,5,5 tetramethyl 2,5 dihydro pyrrol 3 formacyl) 4 aryl thiosemicar bazides and fourteen 3 (2,2,5,5 tetramethyl 2,5 dihydro pyrrol 3 yl) 4 aryl 1,2,4 triazol 5 thiols were prepared and their structures were confirmed by the IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay showed that all the compounds possess a certain plant growth regulation activity on rice and cucumber. At 10μg/mL, three of them promoted the growth of rice roots above 60%.
