摘要
中国军事外交中的军事对外传播具有传播主题和平性、议题设置战略性、目标受众差异性、实施过程协调性等特点,并在中国军事外交中发挥着军事外交理念的传播功能、军队形象的塑造功能、军事外交舆情的检测功能。然而,随着中国军事外交步伐的加快、军事外交对象的丰富、军事外交视域的拓展,军事对外传播面临着由军队形象塑造到军事文化渗透,实现军事对外传播受众由自主认知到自觉认同的转变;由国家外交的军事外交到大外交中的军事外交,实现军事对外传播姿态的转变;由单向宣传到双向互动,实现素材运用由单一到多元的传播方式的转变。
The military external transmission as one of the contents of China's military diplomacy carries peaceful themes,strategic agendas,differentiated audiences,and coordinated implementations.It transmits military diplomatic conceptions,shapes the image of the military,and testifies military diplomatic opinions.As China's military diplomacy speeds up,the objects of the diplomacy augments,and the visions of it expand,however,its external transmission is shifting from the role of shaping image to the role of infusing military cultures,shifting from independent recognition to conscientious identification on the part of the audiences,shifting from military diplomacy as a part of national diplomacy to that as a part of the larger diplomacy,a change of the military transmission posture,shifting from the one-way propaganda to the two-way propaganda,and shifting from using singular to plural sources of materials.
