肠道病毒71型实验室诊断研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 人肠道病毒71型(human enterovirus71,EV71)属于小RNA病毒科,基因组为单股正链RNA,最早是于1969—1970年问在美国加利福尼亚州发生中枢神经系统症状的婴儿粪便中分离得到,之后世界上许多国家相继报道了Ev71感染的流行,HFMD与Ev71感染的关系也受到了广泛的重视。
