叉子圆柏扦插繁殖技术研究

Cuttage Propagation Techniques of Sabina vulgaris Ant.

使用宁夏香山天然叉子圆柏种条,采用L16(45)正交试验等方法进行硬枝扦插育苗试验,结果表明:插条处理液和插条长度是影响叉子圆柏硬枝扦插繁殖成活率的重要因素,腐植酸钠和高锰酸钾处理种条效果较好,而插条长度对当地叉子圆柏硬枝扦插育苗效果的影响至关重要;综合扦插育苗成活率和越冬保存率考虑,插条长度以25 cm左右为宜,育苗时间以5月初至6月下旬前较好。

Through the methods such as Lj6 （45） orthogonal design, experiments on cutting propagation of Sabina vulgans Ant. have been made. The results showed that the solution and the length of the woods were two important factors on survival rate of cutting reproduction. The cutting wood treated with HA-Na and KMnO4 solution has a better effect, while the length of cutting wood had an important effect on hard shoot cutting breeding. For the consideration of cutting propagation survival rate and winter survival rate, the length of wood should be kept no longer than 25 era, and the seeds raising period should be better in early May to late June.
