细胞角蛋白19和抑癌基因PTEN在口腔鳞癌中的表达研究 被引量:3

THE EXPRESSION OF CK19 AND ANTI-ONCOGENE PTEN IN ORAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA

摘要 目的:探讨口腔鳞癌中细胞角蛋白19(CK19)和PTEN的表达与其临床病理特征的关系。方法:收集20例术前未接受放、化疗的口腔鳞癌患者手术切除癌组织标本,并切取相应的癌旁组织标本,以15例正常口腔黏膜为对照,采用免疫组化SP法检测组织内CK19和PTEN的表达。结果:在口腔正常黏膜、癌旁组织和OSCC中CK19阳性率分别为13.33%(2/15)、50.00%(10/20)、85.00%(17/20);PTEN阳性率分别为100%(15/15)、70%(14/20)、35%(7/20),CK19的表达强度在正常口腔黏膜、癌旁组织和OSCC中逐渐增高;pTEN不表达或者低表达见于分化程度差的OSCC中;CK19的表达与OSCC临床病理学分级及TNM分期有关,PTEN的表达与OSCC临床病理学分级有关,但与TNM分期无关(P>0.05);两者表达呈负相关。结论:CK19和PTEN表达异常与口腔鳞癌的发生及发展及组织病理学分级有关。 Objective: To investgate the relation between expression of CK19 and PTEN and pathological characteristics in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: The expression of CK19 and PTEN were de- tected by immunohistochemical methods (SP) in 20 OSCC specimens, 20 paraeancer specimens and 15 normal o-ral mucosa (NOM) specimens. Results: The positive rate of CK19 in oral normal mucosa, paracancerous tissues and cancerous tissues were 13.3% (2/15), 50% (10/20), 85% (17/20) respectively. The positive rate of PTEN were 100% (15/15), 70% (14/20),and 35% (7/20) respectively. The positive expression of CK19 in normal oral mucosa.para-cancerous tissues and cancerous tissues was gradually increased. The positive expression of PTEN was grad- ually decreased. There was significant difference among the three groups, PTEN was absent or expressed low in poorly differentiated OSCC. The positive expression of CK19 was correlated with clinical pathological grades and TNM stage. The positive expression of PTEN was correlated with clinical pathological grades, but was not corre- lated with the TNM stage. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of CK19 and PTEN may play a role in the oc- currence and development of OSCC. The expressions of CK19 and PTEN are correlated with the clinical patholog- ical grades of OSCC.
