四川岳池县三次人体重要寄生虫感染监测分析

Analysis of principal human parasitic diseases in Yuechi County in three surveys

摘要 目的了解岳池县人体重要寄生虫病的流行情况及其影响因素,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法收集岳池县1989、2003、2010年三次寄生虫病调查所得数据进行分析,了解当地人体重要寄生虫病的流行态势。结果岳池县分别于1989、2003及2010年开展了三次人体重要寄生虫病调查,人群总感染率分别为78.13%、53.37%及46.09%。总体感染率呈下降趋势,尤以蛔虫、鞭虫下降明显;钩虫感染率2003年较1989年下降14.51%,且有统计学意义(χ2=131.20,P<0.001),2010年钩虫感染率较2003年上升了5.49%,但经统计学比较,二者无显著性差异(χ2=1.02,P=0.31>0.05);12岁以下儿童蛲虫感染率2003年较1989年上升了131.65%,经统计学比较,有显著性差异(χ2=15.67,P<0.001),2010年跟2003年相比,感染率上升了8.21%,经统计学比较,二者无显著性差异(χ2=0.04,P=0.83>0.05)。结论岳池县人体寄生虫总体感染率呈下降趋势,但钩虫、蛲虫感染率下降不明显,仍处于较高水平,提示应有针对性采取综合措施加强防治工作。 Objective To analyze the prevaience and influencing factors of the principal human parasitic disease in order to provide the basis for formulating control strategy in Yuechi County. Methods The data of principal human parasitic diseases in 1989,2003 and 2010 was collected. The local epidemic trend of these diseases was analyzed. Results Three surveys of principie human parasitic diseases were conducted in Yuechi County in 1989,2003 and 2010,respectively, The total infection rates of population were 78.13% ,53.37% and 46.09%. The overall infection rate of the human parasitic diseases dechned,especially roundworm and whipworm. The hookworm infection rate reduced 14.51% in 2003 compared to 1989,showing statistically significant different (X^2=131.20,P〈0.001); but the infection rate of hookworm in 2010 increased 5.49% than in 2003 (X^2=1.02,P=0.31〉0.05),The infection rate of the pinworm in children under 12 years increased by 131.65% in 2003 compared to 1989,showing significant difference(X^2= 15.67,P〈0.001 )and a rise of 8.21% in 2010 compared to 2003 (X^2=-0.04,P-0.83〉0.05). Conclusion The overall infection rate of human parasite is dechning in Yuechi County in 1989 - 2010. However,the infection rate of hookworm and pinworm dechnes slowly. Therefore,comprehensive measures should be taken to strengthen prevention and control of the parasitic diseases.
