海南省乡级接种单位常规运转和信息化建设状况调查

Status of routine vaccination operation and information construction at township-level in Hainan Province

目的了解海南省乡级预防接种单位常规运转和信息化建设现状,为全省推广儿童预防接种信息管理系统(CIIMS)实施提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方式对全省乡级预防接种单位进行普查。结果共调查全省516个乡级接种单位,100%实施定期常规运转,99%实施门诊定点接种;77.9%能提供适合安装CIIMS的电脑,36.2%启用了CIIMS;完全依靠人工方法统计应种人数和接种报表的单位分别占73.8%和69.0%,平均统计时间分别为3.83和3.12d;完全录入计算机统计的单位分别占1.6%和3.1%,平均统计时间分别为1.75和2.21d;两种方法的平均统计时间差异均存在统计学意义。1 814名拟参与CIIMS管理的工作人员中,能较熟练使用办公软件的占5%,不会汉字录入技术的人员占43.1%。结论海南省应加大CIIMS建设经费投入,加快CIIMS建设速度,尽快给乡级预防接种报告单位配备用于CIIMS的计算机等硬件设备,加强乡级接种人员的计算机操作培训。

Objective To know the status of routine vaccination operation and information construction at township-level in Hainan Province and provide the basis for implementation of the Childhood Immunization Information Management System （CIIMS）. Methods The questionnaire survey was applied in vaccination units at township-level throught the province. Result Rountine vaccination was carried in all 516 township-level vaccination units surveyed and 99% of the vacciantion were conducted in designated inoculation site. 77.9% of them were equiped with suitable computers for CIIMS and 73.1% with printer and 36.2% of them had used CIIMS. But there were about 70% of the vaccination units relyng on manual calculation and data registration with an average calculation duration of 3.83 and 3.12 days. There were only 1.6% and 3.1% of the vaccination unit using computer for data registration and processing with an average time of 1.75 and 2.21 days. In addtion, most of the woorkers could not operate computer and 43% of them could not type Chinese character. Conclusion Fund for CIIMS construction in Hainan should be increased for allocation of computers to vaccination units at township level. Besides, computer manipulation training should also be performed to enhance the capability of vaccination workers in manipulation of computers and imnlemantntinn of CIIMS.
