摘要
采用变压吸附技术进行了净化合成氨原料气中微量CO的工厂侧线试验 ,考察了复合吸附剂对工厂气源的适应性和吸附净化过程的稳定性 ,采用产品气的一部分作为再生气可节能降耗 ,出口CO浓度都低于 1 0mg/m3,并从工业应用技术和节能两方面说明了CO变压吸附净化过程用于合成氨工业的可行性 ,该净化过程的能耗仅为甲烷化法和铜洗法的 2 0 %左右 ,具有很好的应用前景 ,为其进一步的工业应用奠定了基础。
The on site experiments of small amount of carbon monoxide removal from the feed gas in the ammonia synthesis by pressure swing adsorption were performed The suitability of compound adsorbents for the feed gas of plants and the stability of the adsorption and purification process were examined The method using the production gas to purge the adsorbent can greatly cut down the energy consumption in the ammonia synthesis plants The residual amount of carbon monoxide in the effluent gas from adsorber was less than 1 mg/m 3 after adsorption The feasibility of the pressure swing adsorption process for ammonia synthesis was showed from the industrial technology and energy consumption The energy consumption was about twenty percent of that compared with the method of methanation and cuprammonia cleaning The process has the potential for industrial application The on site experiments of the process in the ammonia synthesis plant provided a proper base for the further industrial uses
