摘要
阐述了N 甲基 吡咯烷酮 (NMP)的电解合成过程 ,并在实验的基础上进行了分析和讨论 ,摸索出最佳实验条件 ,以N 甲基丁二酰胺为原料 ,三氯甲烷为萃取剂 ,2 0 % (mass)的硫酸为介质 ,铅电极预处理 2h ,NMP产率达 70 %以上 ,纯度达 97%以上。
The electrosynthesis process of 1 methyl 2 pyrrolidone (NMP)is described.Analysis and discussion are made on the basis of experience study,and optimum synthetic conditions have been found out:N methylsuccinamide as material,chloroform as extractant,20%(mass) H 2SO 4 as medium and pretreating Pb electrode 2h.The yield of NMP can be over 70%,and product purity can be above 97%.
