摘要
合成了 2种尚未见文献报道的新型有机磷试剂 5-(二乙氧基磷酰 -氧基 ) -1 -苯基 -3 -甲基吡唑 ( DEPPP)和 5-(二乙氧基磷酰 -氧基 ) -1 -( 4-硝基苯基 ) -3 -甲基吡唑 ( DEPNP) ,经多肽合成验证 ,DEPNP具有一定的缩合能力 ,而 DEPPP则不具有缩合能力 ,通过量化计算及理论分析发现 。
Two novel organophosphorus reagents:5 diethoxophosphoryloxo 1 phenyl 3 methyl pyrazole(DEP PP) and 5 (diethoxophosphoryloxo) 1 (4 nitrophenyl) 3 methyl pyrazole(DEPNP) were synthesized.It was shown that N protected amino acids could condense with other amino components by using DEPNP in low yield,but DEPPP could not give the expected peptides.In addition,the result of quantum chemistry calculation and analysis in theory showed that the electron attracting effect of the group on right side of the molecules was the chief factor that affected their condensation ability.
