丁苯三嵌段共聚物/改性纳米层状白泥复合弹性体的力学性能 被引量:12

摘要 采用多步交换反应方法 ,将聚丙烯酸丁酯 (PBA)嵌入到白泥 (高岭土和白云母的混合物 )的高岭土层间 ,白泥的结构变化用X射线衍射进行了表征 .将所得白泥 PBA层状混杂物与热塑性弹性体丁苯三嵌段共聚物 (SBS)在 1 6 0℃共混 ,制得了新型混杂纳米复合热塑性弹性体 .在白泥 PBA的质量分数为 0 5 %~ 6 0 %范围内 ,复合弹性体的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及高温玻璃化转变温度Tg2 分别由 1 5 70MPa、5 98 3%和 96℃升高至 2 6 76MPa、846 0 %和 1 5 6℃ ,而低温玻璃化转变温度Tg1 仍保持为 - 76℃ ,透明度也保持不变 . The polybutyl acrylate(PBA) has been intercalated into the kaolinite nanolayers of Baini(a mixtute of kaolinite and muscovite) by multi step exchange reaction and diffusion polymerization. The structure changes of the Baini compounds have been recorded by XRD. The hybrid nanocomposite thermoplastic elastomers have been prepared by melt blending of Baini PBA with SBS triblock copolymer at 160 ℃. The tensile strength, elongation at break and glass transition temperature ( T g 2 ) of the elastomer with Baini PBA content of 0 5% to 6 0% were increased from 15 70 MPa, 598 3% and 96 ℃ to 26 76 MPa, 846 0% and 156 ℃ of the parent SBS copolymer respectively, but the transparency and the T g 1 remained unchanged(-76 ℃).
