宜宾市名优绿茶加工现状及工艺流程探究

Processing status and process inquiry of Yibin′s famous green tea

四川宜宾茶文化源远流长,属名优生态早茶生产的最适宜区,具较强的产业发展优势。通过2009—2011年针对宜宾市主要绿茶生产企业的数据调研,了解各企业绿茶加工过程中的原料来源现状、使用的仪器设备、产品现状等,重点把握宜宾早茶名优绿茶加工工艺及工序,并绘制工艺流程图。对宜宾绿茶及早茶加工工艺进行了阐述,并提出了宜宾早茶名优绿茶加工工艺潜在技术需求。

Yibin had a long history of tea culture and was the most suitable ecological areas about famous tea producing,which with strong industrial development advantages.By carring out data research for the major green tea producers in Yibin City within 2009—2011,this paper understood the business of green tea processing status of the ource of raw materials,the use of equipment,product status,etc.At the same time,priorityed of Yibin famous green tea processing technology and process and draw a flow chart.In the end,aarticle discussed the green tea processing of Yibin and proposed a potential processing technology needs of Yibin green tea.
