摘要
总结了国内外控缝高压裂技术的控缝机理、技术分类及应用现状,分析了瓦窑堡油田的地质背景,油层特点。针对瓦窑堡油田部分油藏存在底水活跃、油层段与底水相连且中间无明显隔层的地层特点,进行了控缝高压裂技术的工艺设计与施工方案的制订,并对其施工效果进行了评价。结果表明:2009年全年应用控缝高压裂技术施工23井次,有效期内平均单井净增油146.04吨,远高于全年挖潜旧井的平均单井净增油值51.07吨,同时也明显高于其他旧井挖潜措施井的净增油值,创造了非常好的经济效益。因此,控缝高压裂技术在瓦窑堡油田有进一步推广的价值。
Summarying up the high seam domestic and foreigncontrolled joint control mechanism of fracturing technology: Analysising of the Wayaobao field location and reservoir characteristics. There is some active bottom water in Wayaobao oil reservoir. The reservoir section is connected with the bottom water compartment and the middle strata has no obvious characteristics. For that, the control slot height fracturing process has designed and construction of program has developed, what' s more, its construction effects has evaluated. The results showed that: In the year 2009, there are 2;3 wells applicated of construction control slot height fracturing technology. The life of the average ne~ increased 146,04 tons of singlewell oil, well above the annual tapping potential of olcI oU wells, whose average value was 51.07 tons per single well, even also significantly higher than other potential measures in the old wells. It created a very good value for money. Therefore, the control slot height fracturing technology has a further promoting wlue in Wayaobao Oilfield.
