摘要
近年来,随着电网运行水平的提高,盘锦地区常规变电站综合自动化改造已全面展开。本文结合现场改造工作的实际情况,分析探讨综合自动化改造的风险控制措施。针对变电站综合自动化改造过程中发现的一些问题,提出相应解决方法。
In recent years, along with the accomplishment of the improvement of the net running level, the substation integrated automation transformation has been spread in Panjin.With the practical experience in the work of transformation, this paper studies comprehensively how to control risk in the basis of project management and construction technique. According to the problems in substation automation transformation, this paper gives some solutions to some problems.
