从所有权理论在马克思理论体系中的地位入手 ,阐述了马克思的所有权理论的主要内容 ,从产权关系不能脱离生产关系、所有权的主权论分析法。

Starting from the status of ownership in Karl Marx′s theories,the paper expounds the main contents of the theory.With the view of three respects:(1)relations of property right can be divorced form relations of production(2)analysis of the right of ownership and (3)the principle of equality of ownership,the paper points out that Karl Marx′s theory of ownership has an important present and directive significance in the current economic reform.
