Analysis of the Fracture of the Welding plate Cold Bending Sample for Gas Storage Tank

针对某批贮气罐产品焊接试板冷弯试样断裂问题 ,对断裂试样进行了化学成分分析、宏观断口分析、扫描电镜分析及金相组织分析 .结果表明 ,试样冷弯断裂主要是由于焊缝热影响区的氢致白点造成的 ,并提出了严格遵守操作规程 ,焊前彻底清除工件上的氧化膜或铁锈 ,严格按规定烘干焊条 。

This paper analyzes the fracture of the cold bending sample for gas storage tank product welding plate by means of the analysis of chemical ,macro fracture, metallography and scanning electron graphy. The result shows that the chief reason of fracture results from white spots in weld heat effected zone. The measures to prevent the fracture are given in this paper. The measures include that the operation regulations should be keeped strictly, the oxide film and ironmould on the workpiece must be cleared exhaustively before welding ,the welding rod should be toasted according the rules,the welding zone should be protected.
