摘要
在酸性条件下，蔗糖溶液转化成葡萄糖和果糖溶液。在葡萄糖和果糖溶液中加入碳酸钙，用溴化钙作电解质，采用ＤＳＡ阳极，活性阴极作电极电解以上溶液，得到含有葡萄糖酸钙的溶液。将此糖液与白糖混匀，得到钙糖。
Sucrose is hydrolyzed in acid solutions. It produces a mixture of equal parts of glucose and fructose. CaCO3 was added in the mixture liquid which was electrolyzed by CaBr2 electrolyte, DSA as positive pole and active negative plate as negative pole. Calcium Gluconate can be obtained.
