摘要
小肠因广泛切除可导致吸收面积急剧减少，出现消化吸收障碍引起严重腹泻、营养不良、代谢紊乱等临床综合病症，属短肠综合征（shortbowelsyn—drome，SBS）。小肠残余长度小于60cm或小于1cm／kg被认为是SBS的长度标准，术后残存肠道吸收功能障碍，出现恶性腹泻为其功能性定义^[1]。针灸对吸收功能障碍类腹泻具有较好作用，笔者辨证针刺治疗22例SBS患者，现报道如下。
