摘要
目的:探讨艾灸温补脾胃的作用机制。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组(A组),脾虚模型组(B组),艾灸穴位组(C组),中药对照组(D组)。采用200%大黄水浸剂灌胃造成脾虚大鼠模型,C组艾灸"足三里""中脘""关元""脾俞""胃俞"等穴,D组用中药四君子汤灌胃治疗,A组与B组不予治疗干预。观察大鼠一般症状,记录小肠推进率,间苯三酚法测定血清D-木糖含量,比色法测定空肠组织三磷酸腺苷(ATP)水平。结果:与A组比较,B组大鼠脾虚一般症状积分增高(P<0.01),小肠推进率、血清D-木糖含量以及空肠组织ATP含量均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);与B组比较,C组和D组大鼠脾虚一般症状积分降低(均P<0.01),小肠推进率、血清D-木糖含量以及空肠组织ATP含量均增高(P<0.05,P<0.01);C、D两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸"足三里"等穴位可改善大鼠脾虚症状,增进小肠运动吸收功能,改善小肠能量代谢,与中药四君子汤疗效相当。
Objective To explore the mechanism of reinforcing function of moxibustion to spleen-stomach. Methods Forty healthy Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: group A (blank group), group B (model group), group C (moxibustion group) and group D (herbs group). The rat model of spleen-deficiency was established by intragastric administration with 200% Dahuang (Rhubarb) infusion. The rats in group A and B, and D served as the blank control, model, and Sijunzi decoction group respectively, while those in group C re- ceived moxibustionat "Zusanli"(ST 36), "Zhongwan"(CV 12), "Guanyuan"(CV 4), "Pishu" (BL 20) and "Weishu" (BL 21), etc. The common symptoms and intestinal propulsive rate were observed. The coutent of I%xylose in serum was detected by phloroglucinol method. Colorimetry method was used to detected content of ATP in jejunum tissues. Results Compared with group A, the symptom score in group B was increased significantly (both P(0.01), while the intestinal propulsive rates, the content of D-xylose in serum and ATP in jejunum tis- sues were decreased significantly (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Compared with group B, the symptom score in group C and I) was decreased significantly (both P〈0.01), while the intestinal propulsive rates, the content of D-xylose in serum and ATP in jejunum tissues were increased significantly (P〈0.05, P(0.01). There were no significant difference between group C and D (P〉0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion at "Zusanli" (ST 36) etc. could relieve symptoms of spleen-deficiency, enhance motility and absorption functions of small intestine and improve metabo- lism of small intestine. The efficacy is equal to administration of Sijunzi decoction.
