摘要
企业层面绿色矿山建设规划的编制是推进我国绿色矿山建设的重要内容和关键环节,是我国当前面临的一项具有重要意义的崭新工作。应以充分发挥规划在促进绿色矿山建设中的作用为宗旨,对规划编制的内容进行合理设置,在规划编制技术方法上应与相关规划或方案设计做好统筹协调,同一企业不同矿山的规划编制应该充分体现特色,规划成果形式应该多样化,使规划编制具有一定的弹性等。
The planning for the green mine construction is the important content and key links for promoting the green mine construction in China.This paper suggests that we should give full play to the role of planning in the promotion of green-mine construction for the purposes,and set up the content of the planning reasonably;in terms of planning technology,we should have done seriously coordinate working with relevant planning or design;we should fully reflect the characteristics of the planning of different mines of the same enterprise;planning results in the form should be diversified,and maintaining a certain flexibility of the planning.
