转K7型转向架副构架疲劳强度分析 被引量:3

摘要 在ANSYS11.0有限元软件中建立转K7转向架副构架三维模型,结合其受力特点分析计算副构架的应力分布情况,依据线路实测的转K7转向架副构架交叉拉杆载荷谱及B+级铸钢在不同铸造缺陷系数下的S-N曲线,采用有限寿命设计理论,预测了副构架的疲劳寿命,结果表明,副构架具有较高的疲劳寿命储备,能满足运用要求. A three-dimensional model of deputy frame of K7 Bogie was established by using the finite element software of ANSYS11.0. Combined with the force characteristics, the stress distribution of the deputy frame was analyzed and calculated. According to the measured load spectrum of rods of deputy frame and S-N curve of B + grade casting steel in different defects factor, and with the help of finite life design theory, the fatigue life of deputy frame, which met the practical application requirements, was finally predicted.
