摘要
论述中国皮革工业“二次创业”与环境保护的关系，介绍制革行业治理污染的一些方法，指出了环境保护是皮革“二次创业”的生命线。
This paper discussed the relationship of the second pioneering work of China leather industry and environmental protection, introduced the methods of treatment for tannery pollution, pointed out that the enviromental protection is fatal to leather industry.
