摘要
Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) put forward a project for the development of new energy vehicles electric-based as the focus in the 8th Five-Year Plan period (1990-1995). However,the largescale development of new energy vehicles was in the 10th Five-Year Plan period (2000-2005).
