阐述剧烈运动与系统的训练对自由基产生的影响及抗氧化系统的适应，并讨论了抑制运动中自由基生成和脂质过氧化等问题．
Expounded the influences of the formation of exquisite sport and systematic training on the formation of the free radix, as well as the adaptation to the antioxidation system. How to prevent the formation of the free radix and lipid peroxid in the exercises and so on were discussed.
