摘要 目的比较纯钛支架和钴铬支架在可摘局部义齿应用中的不同,观察两组患者在适应情况、舒适程度以及安全长效等方面的情况。方法选取笔者所在医院2009~2010年牙列缺损患者130例,并按照随机划分的方式将其分为纯钛支架组和钴铬支架组两组,各65例。经常规诊断确证后,分别采用纯钛和钴铬作为支架的材料,根据个人具体情况打造支架进行治疗。记录患者佩戴后12个月内的情况。结果与钴铬支架组比较,纯钛支架组的治疗效果更佳,且患者的适应时间明显缩短,舒适程度明显增加。两组数据经统计软件处理后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与使用钴铬支架相比,使用纯钛支架治疗矫正的患者的适应时间更短,舒适程度更佳。 Objective To contrast the different effect of pure Titanium and Cobalt-chormium metal cast frame in removable dentures,including their adaptability,comfort and security.Methods One hundred and thirty related patients have been restored in our hospital from 2009 to 2010,and divided them into a pure Titanium group and a Cobalt-chormium group randomly.Each group has sixty five patients.After the conventional examines and the doctors' exact diagnosis,they took different heal methods according to the different signs of each individual and were checked in subsequently twelve months after adorning supports.Results Contrast to Cobalt-chormium metal cast frame,the patients used pure Titanium metal cast frame showed a much better curative effect.They took less time to adapt,felt much better comfort and security.There was a great significance between these two groups (P0.05) according to the data processing.Conclusion Contrast to Cobalt-chormium metal cast frame,the patients used pure Titanium metal cast frame to heal removable dentures showed much less time to adapt to the supports and felt much more comfort
