不同提取方法全蝎镇痛、镇静、抗惊厥作用的考察

Study of different extraction methods of Buthus martensii Karsch's analgesic,calmness,anticonvulsion effects

目的比较冷提、热提、醇提等不同提取方法对全蝎镇痛、镇静、抗惊厥作用的影响。方法采用热板法、醋酸扭体法、自主活动分析法、戊四唑所致小鼠惊厥的方法,观察不同提取方法全蝎镇痛、镇静、抗惊厥作用。结果全蝎冷浸提取液的镇痛效果强于热提液和醇提液;全蝎冷提、热提、醇提液在镇静、抗惊厥实验中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论从镇痛效应的角度,全蝎以冷提法为好;从镇静和抗惊厥效应的角度,全蝎采用冷提、热提、醇提三种方法皆可。

0bjective To complete the calmness,the analgesic,resistance of convulsion effects of the different extraction methods of Buthus martensii.Methods Hot plate method,acetic acid writhing method,self-activity analysis,pentylenetetrazol seizure model analysis.Results There is a little stronger function in analgesic effect to cool leached samples from Buthus martensii than that of water decocted and alcohol leached samples.The cool leached,water decocted and alcohol leached samples have notable function in calmness and resistance of convulsion.Conclusion From the perspective of clinical applications the analgesic effect of Cold soak method is better than decoction method,alcohol references.From the perspective of clinical applications calmness and resistance of convulsion,the cool leached,water decocted and alcohol leached samples is good.
