Q开关1064nm激光及超脉冲CO_2激光治疗340例眼睑汗管瘤

The treatment of 340 cases of syringoma on eyelid with Q switch 1064nm laser and ultrapulse CO_2 laser

目的观察Q开关1064nm激光及超脉冲CO2激光治疗眼睑汗管瘤的临床疗效。方法应用Q开关1064nm激光及超脉冲CO2激光分别治疗212例及128例患者。结果 340例患者疗效显著,总有效率89.7%,两种激光分别有效率90.1%、89.1%,两者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Q开关1064nm激光及超脉冲CO2激光治疗眼睑部汗管瘤安全、有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic of Q switch 1064nm laser and ultrapulse CO2 laser on syringoma.Methods Two hundred and twelve patients of syringoma were treated by Q switch 1064 nm laser and 128 patients treated by ultrapulse CO2 laser.Results Remarkable curative effect was shown in all the 340 patients,the total effective rate was 89.7%.The effective rate of two kinds of lasers was 90.1% and 89.1% respectively.There was no significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Both Q switch 1064nm laser and ultrapulse CO2 laser are effective and safe choice for syringoma treatment.
