亚热带地区低成本实验性绿色建筑设计探索——华南理工大学建筑师沙龙

Research on Low-cost Experimental Green Building Design in Subtropical Regions:Architect-Salon of South China University of Technology

以华南理工大学建筑师沙龙的设计为例,从低成本控制的角度,探讨了适合亚热带地区的绿色建筑设计。通过设计实践去探索新思路,力图使绿色建筑设计不一定要运用高造价与高运行成本的技术措施,而是可以通过对建筑的地域性与项目基地条件的适应,以低造价与低运行成本的方式进行整体设计,营造适合亚热带地区的绿色建筑,取得良好的环境效益和经济效益。

Based on the designs submitted to the Architect Salon of SCUT,this paper puts its full focus on discussing lowcost green buliding designs in subtropical regions By adapting to regional and onsite conditions,design practices have strongly proved that low building cost and low operating cost green building designs in subtropical areas are achievable in some areas.There are ways to avoid high cost and high operatincost technique in green building designs in order to maximize environmental and economical benefits
