摘要
本文借鉴台湾省建筑师公会的操作经验,针对大陆建筑师职业生存环境与职业价值实现的问题,提出通过建立合理制度、完善商务操作模式,从而消除无序恶性竞争的系列改善建筑师执业环境、实现职业价值的建议。
Drawing on the operational experience of TAA. this paper suggests that to improve the mainland architects" professional market and to realize their career value we need to streamline the system and business operation to eliminate competition without fairness, thereby making a better professional atmosphere for Chinese architects and their career value realization.
