The building＇s volume and the trealment of its facades enable the projecl to comply with the dual nature of the program： on the one hand, it constitules an annex to the WTO jeadqiarfers,which implies a simple and economical slructure;on the other hand,it represents the main entramce to the interational site in Geneva.
