The Review of the Open Research Fund Projects of the State Key Laboratory of Subtropical Building Science

开放课题平台是高校重点实验室贯彻"开放、流动、联合、竞争"方针的重要手段,对重点实验室开展学科基础研究和高层次人才培养起到积极促进作用。本文主要是阐述亚热带建筑科学国家重点实验室近年来在设立开放基金课题方面的一些做法和取得的一些成效,以及在平台建设中出现的问题和改进的思路与策略。

Open Research Fund is the key platform to carry out the higher education key laboratory’s ＂Openness, Flow, Cooperation, Competitiveness＂ strategy. It encourages basic researches and helps to cultivate high level talents. This paper reviews the experiences and summarizes the successes of the Open Research Fund Projects of the State Key Laboratory of Subtropical Building Science. It also points out some problems the platform is facing and raises countermeasures.
