摘要
本文首先通过我国老龄化现状及发展趋势的分析提出研究老年居住问题的紧迫性;其次通过养老模式、养老居住需求及集合住宅适老性现状的分析进一步把握需求与现状的矛盾,从而提出研究集合住宅适老设计的必要性,最后对集合住宅适老设计原则及设计细则进行了详细论述,以期能为在宅养老模式下老年居住问题的解决尽绵薄之力,为集合住宅适老设计研究提供参考。
In this paper, at first, the author brought up the urgency of the housing problem of elderly by researching the status and trends of aging of our country, and further grasp the contradiction between demand and the status through researching of the model of old-care, the demand of housing and the multiple dwelling status of elderly. And then, the author posed the research necessity of housing for the elderly. At last, Design Principles and design details were analyzed detailed. The purpose of this study is solving the housing problem of old age as far as possible and referencing for the research of the multiple dwelling for the elderly.
