应用β-catenin抗体检测脉管内癌栓可行性与乳腺癌预后相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨β-catenin抗体在检测脉管内癌栓中的作用、临床应用价值及与乳腺癌预后之间的关系。方法对乳腺癌患者的组织样本分别进行HE染色与免疫组化染色,对98例乳腺癌中β-catenin表达情况、脉管内癌栓检测率及与乳腺癌预后的关系进行分析。结果应用β-catenin抗体进行免疫组化染色,脉管内癌栓的检出率明显高于HE染色,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用单克隆抗体β-catenin能有效发提高脉管内癌栓检测率,为基层医院节约成本及减轻患者医疗费用的同时,β-catenin在乳腺癌组织异常表达也能为预测预后提供参考,从而为临床积极治疗提供依据。 Objective To investigate the β-catenin antibody in the detection of vascular thrombosis within the role and clinical value of the relationship between breast cancer prognosis. Methods The breast cancer tissue samples were stained with HE and immunohistochemical staining in 98 cases of breast cancer the expression of β-catenin, vascular thrombosis within the detection rate of breast cancer prognosis and analysis of the relationship. Results 13-catenin antibody staining, vascular thrombosis within the detection rate was significantly higher than HE staining, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The use of β-catenin monoclonal antibody can effectively improve the development rate of intravenous tumor thrombus detection, as the primary hospital cost savings and reduce patient care costs at the same time, β-catenin expression in breast tissue abnormalities can also provide a reference for predicting prognosis, thus provide the basis for clinical active treatment.
