颈内动脉支架置入术患者术中并发症的临床护理分析

目的对颈内动脉置入术的患者术中的并发症的临床护理方法进行总结分析,最大限度避免术中并发症的发生。方法选取2009年1月～2011年1年在本院进行颈内动脉支架置入术的49例患者为研究对象,对这49例患者的临床治疗情况以及临床护理情况进行回顾性分析,对颈内动脉支架置入术患者的术中并发症发生情况和护理情况进行总结。结果 49例患者中,有38例患者,临床症状消失或者好转,占总人数的77.55%;有11例患者,发生了术中并发症,占总人数的22.45%。其中1例发生栓子的脱落,8例发生心率的下降,1例发生血压降低,1例发生了血管痉挛。结论颈内动脉支架置入术患者在置入支架的前后应密切观察患者的生命体征,特别是血压、心率、意识以及肢体等基本情况,在手术中配备急救药品,如发现异常,及早采取有效措施,最大限度避免颈内动脉支架置入术中并发症的发生。

Objective To carotid artery stenting in patients with complications of clinical nursing methods were summarized and analyzed, the better to avoid internal carotid artery stenting in patients with intraoperative complicatiuns. Methods From 2009 January to 2011 1 years in our hospital were internal carotid artery stent implantation in patients with 49 cases, of which 49 cases of patients with clinical treatment and mtrsing were analyzed retrospectively, of the internal carotid artery stenting in patients with intraoperative complications and nursing situation summary. Results In this internal carotid artery stenting in treatment of 49 cases of patients, 38 patients, 77.55% of the total number, clinical symptoms disappeared or improved; in 11 cases, accounting for 22.45% of the total number, incidence of intraoperative complications. The occurrence of intraoperative complications in 11 patients with 1 cases of emboli dislodged, there were 8 cases with heart rate decline, fall in blood pressure occurred in 1 cases, 1 cases of vasospasm. Conclusion In the internal carotid artery stenting in patients before and after stent placement in should be close to the patient＇s vital signs, particularly blood pressure, heart rate and body awareness and basic clinical conditions in operation, equipped with emergency medicine, and then found abnormal, early effective treatment and care measures, can significantly reduce the internal carotid artery stenting in patients with intraoperative complications.
