泛昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效评价

目的观察泛昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法选择50例确诊的复发性生殖器疱疹患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,对照组口服阿昔洛韦片治疗,治疗组患者口服泛昔洛韦片治疗。两组患者均治疗3个月。结果治疗组痊愈率为76%,总有效率为100%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组止疱时间和结痂时间明显缩短,GH复发率明显低于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泛昔洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic of famciclovir treating recurrent genital herpes.Methods Select 50 patients with recurrent genital herpes were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 in the test group and 25 in the control group,the control group was taken orally aciclovir tablets, the treatment group was treated with famciclovir.The two groups were healed 3months.Results The cure rate of test group was 76% and the total effect was 100%, compared with the control group, the difference no have the remarkable significance （P〉 0.05）~ the time of stop the blister and incrustation of the test group was significantly shorten （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Famciclovir treating recurrent genital herpes have significant curative effect, recurrence rate is lower, worthy to be popularized.
