我院高职护生实习前综合项目强化培训的效果研究

目的探讨我院高职护生实习前综合项目强化培训的效果。方法随机选取2009级(2011年7月即将参见临床实习)的三年制高职护生167名进行包括:实习前动员及思想教育、护理安全意识及相关法律、法规知识培训、情感教育及沟通技能培训、护理操作技能等综合项目强化培训。结果护生对实习前综合项目强化培训各项内容的满意度均在96%以上。结论对实习前的高职护生实施实习前综合项目强化培训有利于护生尽快适应临床实习,顺利走上工作岗位。

Objective Exploring the effect of comprehensive project to strengthen training for nursing students of our vocational college before practice. Methods Randomly selecting 167 vocational nursing students Grade 2009 （July, 2011, the students will join clinical practice） of three year including： mobilization before practice and ideological education, nursing safety awareness, related laws and regulations, training, education and communicative skills training, nursing skills and so on ,like comprehensive project to strengthen training. Results Nursing students have the satisfaction of above 96% before practice on integrated project intensive training in various elements. Conclusion It is helpful for nursing students to adapt to clinical practice and go to work on comprehensive project to strengthen training for higher vocational nursing students before practice.
