摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)是数字技术在建筑业中的直接表达,正在引发建筑行业一次史无前例的彻底变革。在对BIM应用进行综述的基础上,对包括北京奥运会水立方、上海世博会德国国家馆等典型工程BIM应用阶段、参与方、成效及存在问题进行比较分析,并对国内外主流BIM软件的功能和信息交互性进行分析,探讨BIM在建筑业中的主要应用障碍,提出促进BIM实施的建议,为推动BIM在中国建筑业更广泛深入的应用提供重要参考价值。
Building information modeling （BIM） is the direct product of digital technology, which is triggering the changes in the construction industry. This paper reviews the application of BIM. Some typical examples, such as Water Cube and Germany Pavilion at Expo 2010 Shanghai in China are analyzed. BIM software interaction analysis methods are employed to analyze the main application barriers in the China＇s construction industry. Some suggestions are proposed to provide important reference for promoting the implementation of BIM in China.
